❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. Production takes 1-3 business days, and shipping time vary by destination.

 2. Can I return or exchange my order?  
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However if your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll be happy to send a replacement.  

3. How long will it take to get my order?  
All orders have a production time of 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location:

  • United States: 2-5 business days
  • Canada: 10-30 business days
  • Australia: 10-30 business days

4. Are digital downloads refundable?  
No, digital products are non-refundable. But if you have trouble accessing your files, reach out and we’ll help.  

5. What types of products do you offer?  
Currently, mugs, candles, totes, and digital wall art. We’re expanding soon into sweatshirts, blankets, and more.
